Delivery context

This project was delivered through Invisyn Solutions as white-label technical delivery. The case study focuses on the website system, conversion structure and implementation work without presenting the brand as a direct client relationship.

01 / The brief

A local roofer needed more than a polished homepage.

We Roof KC was positioned as a new women-owned roofing company serving the Kansas City metro, with roof replacement, repair, commercial work and storm / insurance restoration at the center of the offer.

The website therefore had to do several jobs at once: establish trust quickly, guide storm-driven visitors, explain services, capture inspection leads and create enough structure for local search growth.

02 / Conversion architecture

Build the site around the homeowner's next decision.

01

Make the primary action obvious

Free Drone Inspection stays central across the experience so storm-driven visitors do not have to hunt for the next step.

02

Give storm traffic its own path

Insurance-claim messaging and the Storm Claim Checklist create a clearer path for homeowners arriving with damage rather than general roofing intent.

03

Separate services without fragmenting the journey

Roof replacement, repair, commercial roofing, gutters and materials each have a defined place while still returning visitors to the same inspection-led conversion path.

04

Build local relevance into the architecture

Service-area structure, city-page templates, NAP consistency and local schema support the Kansas City metro strategy without turning the homepage into an SEO directory.

03 / Storm journey

Turn storm anxiety into a sequence people can follow.

  1. 01

    Storm concern

  2. 02

    Free inspection

  3. 03

    Damage documentation

  4. 04

    Claim support

  5. 05

    Approved & scheduled

  6. 06

    Final walkthrough

Instead of treating insurance as a paragraph buried inside a service page, the experience gives storm traffic a visible process: inspect, document, support the claim, schedule the work and close with a final walkthrough.

The Storm Claim Checklist adds a second conversion path for visitors who are not ready to request an inspection yet but still need practical guidance.

04 / Implementation

A reusable WordPress system, not a stack of disconnected pages.

01

Reusable Elementor system

Global templates and repeatable components keep service cards, trust sections, CTAs and page structures consistent across the site.

02

Mobile-first conversion paths

The build prioritizes phone traffic with persistent calling, clear inspection CTAs, readable service hierarchy and comfortable touch targets.

03

SEO structure inside the build

Rank Math, one-H1 page structure, question-led headings, breadcrumbs, service/city templates and schema requirements were treated as implementation constraints rather than post-launch cleanup.

04

Performance and accessibility basics

Responsive layouts, WebP/lazy-loading direction, accessible forms, focus states and contrast requirements were part of the production specification.

05 / Delivered result

A local-business website designed to keep intent moving.

The delivered system connects brand positioning, service discovery, storm guidance, local relevance and lead capture around one consistent next step rather than treating each page as a separate marketing asset.

No lead-volume or conversion-lift claim is presented here without verified measurement. The proof is the shipped structure and implementation scope.

  • 01Conversion-led homepage built around inspection and storm/insurance intent
  • 02Reusable service-page structure for roofing categories
  • 03Storm Claim Concierge journey and lead-magnet path
  • 04Roofing-material discovery and supporting service content
  • 05Service-area and city-page architecture for local search
  • 06Contact / Free Inspection conversion path
  • 07FAQ, schema and technical SEO requirements integrated into the build
