The idea

The storefront became aguided decision systeminstead of leaving customers to figure out the routine themselves.

Routisca personalized skincare routine with editable products, ownership controls and purchase action

Customers receive an editable routine built from eligible products, with usage guidance, ownership controls and a direct purchase path.

Change without breaking it

I think like an operator,not just a developer.

A technically correct build is not automatically a useful business solution. I look at the customer journey, operational reality, commercial objective and technical constraints together — then build what actually makes sense.

Business first

Start with the commercial or operational problem — not the technology someone expects to use.

Technical ownership

Work beyond themes, plugins and predefined tools when the problem requires custom logic or deeper implementation.

Built for real use

Think about the customer, the team and the workflow that still have to work after the project ships.

The goal

Build the simplest useful system that actually improves how the business works.

Process / 06

From business problem to working system.

The process changes by project. The principle doesn’t: make the scope clear, build the right amount, then improve from real use.

Understand

Clarify the business objective, the users, the friction, the requirements and the constraints before deciding what should be built.

Design

Map the experience and technical approach, then find the simplest useful solution rather than adding complexity for its own sake.

Build

Carry the solution through frontend, backend, integrations, automation and implementation with ownership of the technical details.

Optimize

Put the real flow in front of users, watch where friction appears and improve the system using evidence instead of assumptions.
